Mansaf is a Must

Mansaf is the Jordanian national dish and is used to mark celebrations, mourn the passing of a loved one and to distract disputing parties from their arguments. Because it is hard to be angry when you are full of lamb and rice covered in yogurt sauce.

We know this meal must be on the menu next year, but where and when has been the big question. Tonight I think we found our spot!

Traditionally eaten with your hands most people choose utensils these days. But I feel I have to earn my place at the Mansaf table so I burned my fingers and ate my way to glory. I even got a T-Shirt!
